Saturday programs
Best for: people with a Monday-to-Friday job and weekend childcare.
You give up one day a week for about three months. Saturdays are long, usually lecture plus hands-on lab. The advantage is that nothing about your weekday routine has to change except for studying.
Both Colorado Springs schools and the Aurora campus of Colorado Dental Assisting School offer Saturdays, and Denver Dental Assistant School runs a weekend format.
Weeknight programs
Best for: people whose weekends are already taken (retail or restaurant jobs, weekend custody) or who'd rather keep Saturdays free.
